TERMS USED IN THE POLICY OF CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 The Foundation uses universally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all the efforts, the Foundation cannot guarantee absolute protection from any threats occurring beyond the Foundation’s control.

6.2. 6.2 The Foundation grants access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Foundation’s requirements.

6.3 Distribution of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or a person authorized by him/her is allowed in the cases specified by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic wellbeing and human rights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

7.1 Procedures for access to personal data of third parties shall be governed by the terms of the user’s consent granted to the personal data controller for the processing of this data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

7.2. The user has the right to obtain any information about himself/herself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that he/she states his/her name, name and parent’s name, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document identifying the natural person who submits the application, except as required by law.

8.1 The Foundation informs you of your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On protection of personal data”, namely:

1) know the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the place of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the data controller or personal data controller, or to give the appropriate instruction for obtaining this information to their authorized persons, except for the cases prescribed by the law;

7) to protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to legitimate use, not providing or not timely providing them, as well as for protection from providing information that is untrustworthy or insulting to the honor, integrity and business reputation of an individual;

8) apply to the authorized representative of the Supreme Council of Ukraine for human rights or to the court with the request to have their personal data processed;

9) use legal protection means in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;

10) to make a warning about the limitation of the right to process their personal data during the provision of the consent;

11) to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data;

12) know the mechanics of automatic processing of personal data;

13) to protect against automated decision, which has legal consequences for him/her.

INTERACTION OF THE SITE WITH OTHER RESOURCES

10.2 The User is fully responsible for keeping his/her password for access to the Website confidential. The Foundation shall never ask the User for their password (except in cases when the User tries to access their account on the Website).

INTERACTION BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THIRD PARTIES WITH REGARD TO PERSONAL DATA
